8Project Description: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has been granted permission on March 29, 2019, to set up a CGD network in Bareilly (Except area already authorized) District, Pilibhit and Rampur Districts of Uttar Pradesh. The entity won the project under the 10th CGD bidding round. The CGD network will have a coverage area of 9886 sq. km. For an overall timeframe of 8 years, HPCL is expected to provide 145000 piped natural gas connections and lay 1200 inch-km of steel pipe.
