8Project Description: The project proponent has been accorded environmental clearance in September 2018 for a 1600 MW brownfield ultra super-critical technology thermal power plant in the existing premises of old Thermal Power Station. The RFQs are getting delayed due to pending clearance from the state's high-level clearance committee. Further bids are expected soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for raw water, make-up water system, and associated civil works package are expected by November 2018, instead of June 2018.
RFQ for the make-up water pipes package is expected by November 2018, instead of June 2018.

8Project Description: Owner has planned a 35-day scheduled overhaul in the 1200 MW Thermal Power Plant. The major scope of work envisages maintenance works in the high-pressure turbine parts, low-pressure turbine parts, replacement of air preheater basket, replacement of boiler refractories, coal bends replacement, among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for the required overhaul works is expected by October 2018.
