What should India do about Iran?
8It is cutting down its exposure by whittling down its crude purchases, China is not.
8CNPC stepped in when Total withdrew from the $5 billion South Pars field
8Should OVL then stick around and cut a deal for the Farzad B field now that the Europeans have fled?
8The problem, however, is less with India and more with Iran.
8Even though India went to great lengths to help out Iran when it was under sanctions, the reciprocity was absent when they were lifted.
8But then India has been pusillanimous too.
