The dilemma of exporting power to Bangladesh-I: Should the cost of CO2 emission be factored in as well?

Sembcorp Industries deal with Bangladesh for sale of 250MW of power represents around 19% of Sembcorp Gayatri Power Ltd's (SGPL) 1,320MW installed capacity. The plant has been in losses due to the lack of PPA since the inception of operations.
