Work on the pipeline has been slowing down
8The first 44 km pipeline phase connecting the Kochi LNG terminal to the FACT plant already commissioned
8It is the second phase, involving the construction of the 1060 km Kotanand to Mangalore stretch -- that seems to be getting inexorably delayed
8The latest update is that the RFQ for the pipeline laying work for the Kottanad to Bangalore (435 Km) section is expected by October instead of September 2018.
8But the problem is not that the contracts are coming out, the cause lies somewhere else
