8Barmer seems more likely now than Numaligarh where the government is still to decide whether providing massive tax cuts and subsidies are worth it
8In Barmer, pre-project activities have started. and a mix of LSTK and PMC is being negotiated. Execution period will be for four years
8These projects are minutely followed in our project monitoring software
8As far as the Bina refinery is concerned, ordering however is unlikely until the first half of 2020
