8Project Description: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is planning to construct a mega refinery in a joint venture of HPCL and BPCL with a capacity of 60 MMTPA at Konkan (Maharashtra). EIL has been hired as a consultant for preparing all documentation works. There is a slight delay in the land accusation process for the refinery as of now. A slight delay in the selection of PMC contractor.
