8Project Description: The owner seems to have run into trouble with the approval process for the expansion. The owner is also looking for investors to roped in as well but not enough progress has been made on this front either so far. Even so, there is enthusiasm that they will float RFQs sometime in August 2018
8Project Event: RFQ for hiring consultants has been delayed till August 2018 for the time being, instead of May 2018 which was planned earlier.
