Rs 400 crore oil field development: Private operator to float RFQs for production installations and miscellaneous oilfield equipment

8Project Description: A private onland operator is planning development drilling of 20 wells and construction of production facilities. The operator is also planning to complete its 2 existing discovery wells through appropriate workover jobs and convert them to production wells. Although the NELP block covers two districts, the proposed wells, and production facility will be located in one only. The wells will be drilled to a depth of about 3200 meters. The production facility is planned to handle nearly 6000 BOPD oil, 6400 BLPD produced water and 1.0 MMSCFD gas. The promoter already has a tie-up with with a service provider for rigs and rig services, The project requirement will be Drill Pipes, Casing Pipes, Blow out Preventer, Drill Bits, Cementing services and Drilling fluid services. An EIA consultant has been already hired for the project. Further RFQs are expected shortly.
8Project Event: RFQ for the hiring of EPC contractor for production installations is expected by Q3/2018.
RFQ for the hiring of equipment and oilfield chemicals is expected by Q3/2018.
