8Project Description: The owner is planning to install a new Petro-Resid Fluidized Catalytic Cracker Unit. Preliminary Project Feasibility study has been carried out by M/s Flour and M/s Bechtel Engineering And Construction India Pvt Ltd (BECI). The potential licensors for Petro-Resid Fluidized Catalytic Cracker (PRFCC) are AXENS, CB&I, UOP, and KBR. Terms of reference are expected by July 2018.
