8Project Description: The owner is going on with mechanical completion activities for a greenfield 1320 MW (2x660 MW) super-critical thermal power plant. Unit-1 (660 MW) has already been commissioned in 2017 and Unit-2 is in final stages of completion. Boiler light up for unit-2 is expected in August 2018. The company will float a triennial maintenance contract for a period of 3 years for the boiler mills and the coal pulverizer complex soon.
8Project Event: RFQs for a triennial maintenance contract forthe boiler mills and pulverizer are expected to be out by June 2018.

8Project Description: The promoter is carrying out clearance activities for a 660 MW super-critical brownfield thermal power station at its existing 1420 MW thermal power complex. BHEL has been awarded as an EPC contractor. Currently, notice of award has been given by the owner. BTG will be supplied by BHEL. The EPC contractor will come out with civil works and short lead items of boiler and BoP packages soon. Environment clearance is likely to be elicited in the next 5-6 months.
8Project Event: RFQs for civil works and short lead items of boiler are expected to be out by Q2 2018.
