8Project Description: The owner is going on with renovation and modernization activities for a 115 MW (5x23 MW) hydro power plant. Currently, the developer has carried out R&M works for unit 1,2,3 and 4. RLA study for unit-5 is yet to be taken up. The owner will come out with bids for procurement, erection and commissioning of a new digital governor including dismantling of existing governor after getting approval from the state government.

8Project Description: The developer is carrying out the engineering activities for a 500 MW (4x125 MW) greenfield pumped storage plant. EC has been accorded on 18 January 2018. The project is getting hampered due to non-resolution of inter-state issues between Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Puducherry. The owner shall come out with the bids for civil works soon.

8Project Description: The owner's 1050 MW (5*210 MW) Thermal Power Station for retrofitting and modernizing the existing condenser in unit-1 (210 MW) is on hold due to delay in getting administrative approval. The tube plates of condenser have corroded severely due to sea water applications and also it has served its life period. The major equipment required will be condenser tubes.
8Project Event: RFQ for retrofitting of condenser is expected by Q2 2018, instead of February 2018.
