8Project Name: Procurement of a Generator rotor in Thermal Power Station - O&M supply
8Project Cost: Rs 30 crore.
8Project Description: There will be replacement of the existing generator rotor in the generator at a 660 MW Thermal Power Station.The project is on hold due to delay in appraisal of the administrative approval. The owner will procure a new generator rotor in case of failure of existing generator rotor, as repair of the rotor will take a long time. RFQs for further procurement for a new rotor is expected shortly.
8Project Event: RFQ for purchase of a new generator rotor is expected by April 2018, instead of February 2018.

8Project Cost: Rs 15 crore.
8Project Description: The company has planned a 19-day scheduled maintenance of a unit in the 270 MW canal head power house which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbine-generator set, tunnel lining, bearing of the centering work in rotor, among others.
8Project Event: RFQs for equipment required are expected by second week of March 2018.
