8Project Description: The owner is going on with the construction activities for a greenfield 1000 MW (4x250 MW) thermal power complex. Currently, unit-1 and unit-2 (2x250 MW) has been commissioned and the other two units are under construction. The owner will come out with domestic bids for annual maintenance contract (AMC) for a period of 12 months of Unit-1 and Unit-2 for electrical equipment and switch-yard soon.
8Project Event: RFQs for AMC of unit-1 (250 MW) and unit-2 (250 MW) for electrical equipment and switch-yard are expected by May 2018.

8Project Name: Hydroelectric Greenfield Project : S&I activities delays RFQ
8Project Cost: 500 crores
8Project Description: The owner's 60 MW (2*30 MW) greenfield hydel project on hold due to delay in survey and investigation activities at the site. Bad weather conditions and unusual delay by the survey team are hampering the S&I activities, which is expected to get completed by Q3 2018. Socio-economic survey, property survey and public hearing are still pending. The owner will come out with a requirement of an EIA consultant soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for an EIA consultant is expected by Q3 2018, instead of December 2017.
