8Project Name: Thermal Power Station - Dismantling : RFQs getting delayed

8Project Description: The owner's Unit 2 and 3 (2*210 MW) of it's 1210 MW (2x500 MW + 210 MW) thermal power complex is going to be phased out and dismantled. The project is getting delayed due to delay in approval from the state government. Currently, Unit-2 (210 MW) has already been shut down since July, 2016 and Unit-3 (210 MW) is under reserve shut-down. RFQ for demolition services is expected soon.
8Project Event: RFQs for demolition services are expected by Q3, 2018 instead of Q1, 2018.

8Project Cost: 18 crores
8Project Description: The promoter has planned a 21-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-2 (135 MW) in the 405 MW hydro power station which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbine-generator set, bearing sets, seals, inspection of blades of runner, tunnel lining, among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for equipment is expected by mid of February 2018.

8Project Description: The developer's 26 MW (2*13 MW) greenfield hydroelectric plant is under planning and is getting delayed on an account of delay in S&I works.. PFR has been prepared and site survey and investigation are underway for preparation of DPR. A DPR consultant for writing out the detailed project report will be needed shortly. The owner will also come out with pre-construction activities (drilling and drifting).
8Project Event: RFQ for a DPR consultant is expected by Q4 2018.
