8Project Name: Hydel Power Maintenance Project (Unit-8)
8Project Cost: 16 crores
8Project Description: The owner has planned a 16-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-8 (125 MW) in the 1000 MW Hydro Power Station, covering overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbine and its blade sets, seals, and the oil cooling unit.
8Equipment required will be parts pertaining to runner of blades, if any, turbine bearings, gland seals, spiral casing, among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for equipment is expected by first week of February 2018.

8Project Cost: 9000 crores
8Project Description: The owners' super-thermal power expansion complex with a capacity of 1320 MW (2*660 MW) at its existing facility of 440MW at Thermal Power Station is getting delayed on account of problems with engineering work and supply of equipment at the site. Construction activities are underway, and the hydro test in boiler is slated for August 2018. The owner will come out with bids for the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) package soon.
8Project Event: RFQs for a Flue Gas Desulphurisation Unit are expected in Q2 2018.

8Project Cost: 800 crores
8Project Description: The promoters' greenfield 84 MW (2*42 MW) hydroelectric plant is under planning but is getting delayed on account of a delay in carrying out of survey & investigation works due to bad weather conditions. The capacity generation has been degraded from 98 MW to 84 MW due to environment issues. TOR is yet to be accorded. The proponent will come with a consultant for DPR preparation soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for a DPR consultant is expected by Q3 2018.
