8Project Name: Hydel Power Maintenance Project (Unit-7)
8Project Cost: 15 crores
8Project Description: The owner has planned a 15-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-1 (125 MW) in the 1000 MW Hydro Power Station, covering annual maintenance works which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbine and its blade sets, seals, and the oil cooling unit.
8Equipment required will be parts pertaining to runner of blades, if any, turbine bearings, gland seals, spiral casing, among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for equipment is expected by first week of February 2018.

8Project Name: Thermal Power Station - Dismantling Project
8Project Cost: 80 crores
8Project Description: The promoter is planning to retire and dismantle Units 6,7,8 and 9 (1*200 + 3*210 MW) of its 1330 MW (1*200 + 3*210 + 2*250 MW) thermal power plant. At present, the consultant is working on the feasibility studies for scoping of the project. As of now, these four units are at full load generation, but their life period comes to an end in 2019. Requirement for civil works and dismantling services for the four units are expected soon. The owner is also planning to install a new 1320 MW (2*660 MW) super-critical thermal power complex in place of the old units for which feasibility studies are ongoing.
8The major requirement will be for cranes, dozers, dismantling services for electrical, onsite inspection, inventorying, segregation and estimation for future plant placement among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for dismantling services is expected by Q3 2019.
