8Project Name: Hydroelectric Power Station Maintenance Project (Unit-8)
8Project Cost: 15 crores
8Project Description: The owner has planned a 14-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-8 (103.5 MW) in the 1035 MW Hydro Power Station covering annual inspection and overhaul of equipment which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbo-generator set, bearing sets, seals.
8Equipment required will be turbine bearings, gland seals, spiral casing, nozzles, cleaning of field winding of rotor, among others
8Project Event: RFQs for equipment required are expected by first week of February 2018.

8Project Description: The owner has planned a 28-day scheduled maintenance of GT-3 (131 MW) in the 648 MW (3x131 MW GT + 1x255 MW ST) Gas Based Power Station covering major C-type inspection having 48000 equivalent operating hours (EOH) on the gas turbine and generator.
8Equipment required will be short lead equipment of combustor, checking air-fuel ratio, lubrication, generator protection relay, among others
8Project Event: RFQs for equipment required are expected by first week of February 2018.
8Expenditure Approval: Q3:2017
