Energy Saving-cum- Ammonia-Urea Expansion Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer Company has hired an EPC contractor, which is doing the Detail Engineering for the energy saving-cum-expansion project which will reduce energy consumption of urea from 6.5 Gcal/t to 5.75 Gca//t, ammonia from 9.6 Gcal/ ton to 8 Gcal /ton while enhancing ammonia capacity from 240900 MTPA to 328500 MTPA and urea from 419750 MTPA to 569400 MTPA at Mangalore, Karnataka. The project currently awaits environment clearance. The EPC contractor will begin taking out RFQ for equipment shortly. The equipment requirements are Compressors, Turbines, Exchangers, Vaporizers, Subcoolers, Filters, Pumps, Heaters, Towers, Vessels, Storage systems, Cooler, Furnaces, Stacks, Converters, Boilers, Drums, Blowers, Economizers, Preheaters, Reactors, Tanks, Reactors, Evaporators, Condensers, Separators, Ejectors, Absorbers, Prilling towers, Absorbers, Heat exchangers, Columns Generators and many more
8Project Event: RFQ for equipment is likely to be released in February 2018.

Ammonia-Urea Annual Maintenance Project
8Cost - Rs 5 Crore
8Project Description: A Fertilizer Company is planning an annual maintenance shutdown in May 2018 at their existing fertilizer complex. The existing capacity is made up of 240900 MTPA of Ammonia, 419750 MTPA of Urea, 146000 MTPA of Sulphuric acid and 411500 MTPA of DAP Unit.They will release the tender for registered user only.

Single/Triple Super Phosphate Greenfield Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is on hold for its greenfield Single/ Triple Super Phosphate Fertilizer project with a capacity 100,000 MTPA.The proposal for the environment clearance is likely to be submitted in January 2018. The equipment requirements are Cranes, Hoppers, Feeders, Conveyors, Valves, Grinding Mills, Tanks, Separators, Pumps, ID Fans, Collectors, Generators, Mixers, Dens, Scrubbers, Screens, Elevators, Furnaces, Cyclones, Blowers, Belts, Weighing machines and more
