8Project Name: Thermal Power Plant Maintenance Project (Unit-1)
8Project Cost: 18 crores
8Project Description: The owner has planned a 31-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-1 (300 MW) in the 1200 MW Thermal Power Station covering an annual maintenance of equipment which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of turbine, boiler, generator comprising HP, IP, LP cylinders gas testing, testing and cleaning of condenser parts, and residual life assessment of boiler pressure parts.
8Equipment required will be air filters, condenser tube banks, thrust bearing, journal bearings, turbine casing among others.
8Project Event: RFQs for equipment required are expected by fourth week of January 2018.

8Project Name: Greenfield Hydroelectric Project : S&I works delays RFQ
8Project Cost: 400 crores
8Project Description: The owner is planning to construct a 60 MW (2*30 MW) greenfield hydroelectric power plant. TOR has been granted on October 2014. The RFQs for consultancy services and various works are getting delayed on account of delay in survey and investigation works at the site for preparation of DPR. The detailed project report will be prepared by the owner. Further bid for an EIA consultant for preparation of EIA is expected soon. The owner after finalization of DPR will come to know whether to come as an EPC contract or package wise bids.
8Project Event: RFQ for an EIA consultant is expected by Q4 2018.
