Project monitoring: Get dozens of business opportunity updates over the life of a single project

Our forward looking oil & gas project monitoring software provides a dynamic feedback matrix on the situation on the ground. Our team of mechanical engineers updates RFQ dates for projects all the time. In a large project, there are can be dozens of updates up until commissioning happens. Two weeks before an RFQ date is projected, our backend software sends out an alert to the concerned analyst to follow up on what happens next. And this leads to a continuous cycle of follow ups. In today's update, we have one new project prospect and two updates. Two RFQs have been held up and new dates have been projected and the reasons for the delays have been unambiguously documented. The information comes straight from the project promoters so they are never off the mark. Dozens of project-related parameters are highlighted in our software updates along with key contact data. And to top it all, we provide a dedicated engineer who will offer live support.

8Project Description: Promoter is planning the development of an oil field. The block was awarded to the company under NELP IX round in 2015. The project involves development drilling of oil wells, development of existing wells and laying of an infield pipeline to connect with the nearest existing production facility (GGS). Currently, the project is in pre-clearance phase. Production from the block is expected to start by the end of 2019. A requirement for PMC and an EIA consultant is expected from promoter's end. Further RFQs are expected shortly.

8Project Description: Promoter's RFQ for the construction of a Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination Project at the facility has been delayed. Currently, the project is undergoing environment clearance. CRZ clearance for the project has already been awarded. RFQs for the project are expected shortly. In this project, 18 MLD of the capacity of the desalination project will cater to the process water requirement and 2 MLD shall cater to the boiler feed water requirement
8Project Event: RFQ's for hiring an LSTK contractor is expected by March 2018 instead of January 2018.

8Project Description: An existing company is planning select a contractor for the construction of a multi-product pipeline with a capacity of 2.78 MMTPA has been delayed on account of forest clearance issues. A revised application for forest clearance is yet to be submitted. An EPCM contractor is to be selected and the RFQ for the equipment will be out subsequently. Further RFQs are awaited.
8Project Event: RFQ for the equipment is expected by May 2018 instead of March earlier.
