8Project Description: The owner has planned an 16-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-2 (135 MW) in the 1080 MW covering boiler and its auxiliaries that will include maintenance and inspection of equipment comprising boiler tubes, boiler refractories, filters, inspection of oil in boiler and refilling it, buck-stays, seals, among others.
8Project Event: RFQs for short lead equipment are expected by the fourth week of January 2018.

8Project Description: The promoter is planning the installation of a Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) unit at it's 500 MW (1*500 MW) expansion unit in its 1340 MW (4*210 MW + 1*500 MW) thermal power complex. The company is expected to float tenders for the same. Currently, site survey activities are ongoing for a feasibility report which is under preparation. Work on the project is mean to start in early 2019. RFQ for supply of an FGD is expected to be out soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for supply of FGD is expected to be out by June 2018.
