Environment consultant has been hired as a consultant for PFR preparation. The project involves development drilling of oil wells and laying of an infield pipeline to connect with the nearest OIL's production facility (GGS). Currently, the project is in pre-clearance phase. Production from the block is expected to start by the end of 2021. Further RFQs are expected shortly.

8Project Name: Dual CNG-Diesel usage in rigs
8Project Cost: Rs 50 crore
8Project Description: Promoteris planning to power its own drilling rigs with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in addition to the already existing diesel mode. The project involves utilization of a dual fuel combustion system to power 19 diesel engines, which in turn would be used to run 5 drilling rigs. RFQs for the project have been slightly delayed. The CNG will be supplied from the GGS. Currently, dual fuel option is being tested on one engine. An EOI for Cascades, filling system, transportation and decanting had been floated from promoter's end. Further RFQs are expected shortly.
The mechanical equipment required would be Air Filter, Gas Mixer, Turbo Compressor, Gas Metering Control Unit, Knock Sensors, Dual Fuel Controller, Safety Valves, Controller, Common Rail System.
8Project Event: RFPs for transportation are expected by February 2018 instead of January 2018.
RFQs for hiring the mechanical equipment for Dual Fuel Combustion engine is expected by March 2018 instead of January 2018.
