Coal-based Ammonia-Urea & Captive Power Plant Greenfield Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer is planning to set up a greenfield coal-based ammonia-urea fertilizer complex with a capacity 2200 MTPD of ammonia, 3850 MTPD of Urea and 70 MW of Captive Power Plant at Chandrapur in Maharashtra. Project Consultant is Flour Daniel. EIA has not been submitted as yet. Site selection has done and an application has been submitted to the state government for allocation of land. The equipment requirements are Compressors, Turbines, Exchangers, Vaporizers, Subcoolers, Filters, Pumps, Heaters, Towers, Vessels, Storage systems, Cooler, Furnaces, Stacks, Converters, Boilers, Drums, Blowers, Economizers, Preheaters, Reactors, Tanks, Reactors, Evaporators, Condensers, Separators, Ejectors, Absorbers, Prilling towers, Absorbers, Heat exchangers, Columns Generators and more. The proposal for an environmental clearance is likely to be submitted in February 2018.
8Project Event: RFQ for LSTK contractor is likely to be released in March or April 2018.

Sulphuric Acid and Captive Power Unit Expansion Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is awaiting environmental clearance for an expansion of its Sulphuric acid from 147825 MTPA to 220825 MTPA and its Captive Power Unit from 30 MW to 55 MW at Ujjain In Madhya Pradesh. The capital approval has been obtained and the public hearing process leading up to environment clearance continues.The equipment requirements are Steam Turbine Generators, Economizers, Reheaters, Boilers, Sulphur Combustor, Drying Towers, Vapor Separators, Converters, Absorbers, Absorber Exchangers, Sulphur filters, Sulphuric Melting Tank, Motors, Pumps, Boiler and its auxiliaries, Turbine and its auxiliaries, ESP, CHP, Chimney, Generator, Cooling Tower, AHP, Switchyard, Electrical equipment among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for EPC contractor is likely to be released in March 2018.

SSP Annual Maintenance Project
8Cost - Rs 0.15 Crore
8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning an annual shutdown maintenance in Q2 2018 at their existing fertilizer complex at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. The existing capacity is made up of 50000 MTPA of SSP.
8Project Event: RFQ for equipment and services is likely to be released in Q1 2018.
