8Project Name: Gas Turbine Power Station Maintenance Project

8Project Description: The owner is planning to carry out a major inspection in the 187 MW Gas Turbine Power Station. The major inspection which has to be carried out at every 48000 hours of operation covers the Gas Turbine comprising of combustion chamber, hot gas path zone and subsequent replacement of damaged parts. The owner will come out with a bid for major inspection activities after getting appraisal from TNEB headquarters. The major equipment required will be valves, transition pieces, nozzles, among others.
8Project Event: RFQ for major inspection is expected by February 2018.

8Project Cost: 250 crores
8Project Description: The developer is planning to dismantle it's 135 MW (2x67.5 MW) coal based thermal power plant. Both units had been on reserve shut down (due to surplus power) since May, 2015. Technical details of the process are under discussion and a consultant has been hired for survey activities. The owner has submitted a closure report to the Government of NCT Delhi against which a decision is pending. RFQs for civil work and dismantling services of various equipment is expected soon.The major requirement will be cranes, dozers, dismantling services for electrical, mechanical of thermal power plant.
8Project Event: RFQ for dismantling services of various equipment is expected by March 2018 instead of December, 2017.
