8Project Name: Greenfield Hydroelectric Project
8Project Cost: 1000 crores
8Project Description: The owner along with an EIA consultant is planning to construct a 120 MW (2*55 MW surface power-house + 2*2.5 MW+1*5 MW auxiliary power-house) hydroelectric greenfield hydro power plant. EC has been accorded on 05 December 2017. The forest clearance FC-I has been approved by the Assam State Government and sent to the MoEF. The proposed project will be funded by the Asian Development Bank. The levellized tariff for the project is Rs. 3.37/unit. The owner will come out with package wise bids for the project, of which civil and infrastructure package is soon to come out.
8Project Event: RFQ for civil and infrastructure package is expected by Q1 2018.

8Project Name: Hydroelectric Plant (Unit - 1) Maintenance Project
8Project Cost: 14 crores
8Project Description: The owner has planned a 10-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-1 (28.94 MW) in the 77.34 MW Hydroelectric Station, covering annual inspection and overhaul of equipment which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the turbine-generator set, bearing sets, seals, check all fasteners of upper and lower air baffles.
8Equipment required will be turbine bearings, gland seals, pipes, guide vanes seal, spiral casing, spiral drain valve, fasteners, among others.
8Project Event: RFQs for equipment are expected by first week of January 2018.
