Ammonia-Urea & Captive Power Plant Greenfield Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer Company is planning a greenfield coal-based ammonia-urea plant with a capacity 2200 MTPD of ammonia, 3850 MTPD of urea and 70 MW of Captive power plant at Talcher in Orissa. Project consultant is PDIL. Shell has been selected as licensors for the coal gasification unit. The tender is out for the LSTK contractor.
8Project Event: RFQ for LSTK contractor was floated in May 2017 and the bid closing date for Coal Gasification Plant for Generating Ammonia Syn. Gas & Carbon Dioxide Gas is extended from 26 November 2017 to 28 February 2018.

SSP Fertilizer Greenfield Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer Company is planning to re-release the tender for an EPC contractor for a greenfield Single Super Phosphate Fertilizer project with a capacity 800 MTPD at Pandoli in Rajasthan. The tender was floated earlier but at that time bidders did not fulfill the BEC requirements. The equipment requirements are Cranes, Hoppers, Feeders, Conveyors, Valves, Grinding Mills, Tanks, Separators, Pumps, ID Fans, Collectors, Generators, Mixers, Dens, Scrubbers, Screens, Elevators, Furnaces, Cyclones, Blowers, Belts, Weighing machines and more
8Project Event: RFQ for an EPC contractor is likely to be released in the end of December 2017 or First week of January 2018.

SSP/NPK Annual Maintenance Project
8Cost - Rs 0.30 Crore
8Project Description: A Fertilizer Company is planning an annual shutdown maintenance in Q2 2018 at their existing fertilizer complex at Umra in Rajasthan. The existing capacity is made up of 700000 MTPA of SSP and 60000 MTPA of NPK. Pre-Vendor Qualification may be necessary for a maintenance contractor.
8Project Event: RFQ for a maintenance contractor is likely to be released in Q1 2018.
