8Project Name: Hydro Power Station Maintenance Project

8Project Description: The owner has planned a 28-day scheduled maintenance of Unit-1 (77 MW) in the 231 MW (3*77 MW) Hydro Power Station covering a capital overhaul of equipment which includes overhauling of auxiliary parts of the bearing sets, seals, and turbine auxiliaries.
8Equipment required will be turbine guide bearings, gland seals, inspection of runner blades, throttle part of governor, cleaning and painting of spiral casing and draft tube liner, among others.
8Project Event: RFQs for short lead equipment required are expected by first week of January 2018.

8Project Cost: 1000 crores
8Project Description: The promoter is planning to construct a 150 MW (3*50 MW) greenfield hydroelectric power plant. TOR was accorded on 15 December 2015. Currently, survey and investigation works for various hydro-logical, geological, meteorological, power potential studies, etc are underway at the project site. Bids for exploratory core drilling works were out in March 2017. The owner will come out with a bid for a consultant for preparation of DPR.. After preparation of DPR, the owner will decide whether to come out with an EPC contractor or package wise bids.
8Project Event: RFQ for a DPR consultant is expected by Q2 2018.
