HPCL registered a disappointing GRM in Q2 2017-18.
8The GRM was at least $3/bbl lower than estimate
8Sub-optimal GRM was attributed to monsoon-related lower offtake of bitumen, which led to higher production of fuel oil.
8Since this was a weather-related problem, the expectation is that the performance will improve going ahead.
