NPK Annual Maintenance Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning an annual maintenance shutdown in June or July 2018 at their existing fertilizer complex in India. The existing capacity is made up of 20000 MTPA of NPK. Pre-Vendor Qualification may be necessary for a maintenance contractor.

Customize Blending Unit for NPK Fertilizer & Ammonia Storage Tank Greenfield Project

8Cost - Rs 90 Crore
8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is awaiting environmental clearance for its 30 TPH of Customized Blending Unit and 5000 MT of Ammonia storage tank in India.
8Project Event: Tender for LSTK contractor is likely to be released in December in place of November 2017 due to delay in tender preparation.

 An existing company is planning to set up a greenfield SSP/GSSP with a capacity 120,000 MTPA in India.
8The projected investment cost is around Rs 10 crore.
8The requirement of power is about 35 kW/MT, which will be sourced from DGVCL. the company is also planning to purchase a 250 KVA DG set for emergency power back up.

Rs 480 crore energy saving project: Contractor selection by February, 2018
Sources said that, the proposal for environmental clearance for an energy saving project in an ammonia-urea complex  is likely to be granted in March 2018, and the tender for an LSTK contractor is likely to be finalized in February 2018.
8The present capacity of its existing complex is  25 lakh MTPA of Urea, 6 lakh MTPA of Complex fertilizers and 1.6 lakh MT of Industrial Chemicals every year.
8The main aim of the Energy Saving Project is to reduce the specific energy consumption of Ammonia-V from 8.73 GCal/MT to about 8.40 GCal/MT and Urea from  6.75 GCal/MT to  6.45GCal/MT respectively.
8The projected investment cost is around Rs 481.61 crore.
8The total power requirement is about 42 MW, which is sourced from Tata Power through grid but after ESP company will not depend on Tata Power, but the requirement of Natural gas will be increased.
