$40 billion E&P investment in 4-5 years-I: Here is the break-up

The petroleum minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced that the Indian E&P sector will witness an investment of $40 billion in the next 4-5 years.
8The breakdown of the investment is on the following lines:
8Already committed under PSC: $24.2 billion
-- FDPs of $ 13.6 billion already approved
-- $11.6 billion worth of Declarations of Commerciality already there
8Discovered small fields: $400 million
-- 1st Round: $100 million
-- 2nd Round (expected): 300 million
8Under Open Access Licensing: Between $25-35 billion
-- Exploration: $5-6 billion
-- Developmental work: $20-30 billion
