ONGC cancels two Deep Industries contracts-I: Will the company be blacklisted?

ONGC has canceled two of its contracts with Deep Industries for gas dehydration units on the basis of allegations of a contractual misdemeanor.
8The cancellation may simultaneously put into action a blacklisting process within ONGC for the company from future projects.
8The company may subsequently be put on "holiday", sources said.
8Although the entire blacklisting process is currently confined to ONGC, it may well be possible that other public sector companies will also debar Deep from participating in future tenders if a blacklisting is carried through in ONGC
