8But a new policy framework will be quickly evolved which will allow for induction of latest technology, improvement in the skill set of industry personnel, adequate supply of technical manpower of related disciplines.
8Long term collaborative strategies are to be evolved
8The NOCs will be encouraged to evolve new forms of alliance to access these technologies
