Ban on FO and Petocoke-I: Demand may fall by 350,000 tonnes anually

8It is learnt the both these products are cheaper to use than natural gas or coal fired electricity and they contribute to a large measure to SP2 emission in the NCR
8A new report from the Environment Pollution (Prevention & Control) Authority (EPA) of the NCR has come out forcibly against a proposal that allowed for use of FO and Petcoke in industries where adequate pollution control measures are in place
