An expansion of an existing power plant is coming up, at a cost of around Rs 2500 crore
8The expansion was earlier pegged at Rs 2200 crore but there has been an addition of Rs 300 crore to the cost subsequently
8The EPC contract has already been awarded even though the project still hasn't left the planning phase
8The requirement of the long lead items like high efficiency engines and gas turbines will be released soon.
