PNGRB rejects RGTIL's plea for pegging capacity of East West Pipeline at a lower level

In an important order, the PNGRB has said that a reduction in the capacity utilization of RGTIL's East West Pipeline on account of its failure to meet its obligations should not be a ground for reduction of its capacity for calculation of pipeline tariff.
8Otherwise it will lead to a increase in the tariff rate to the consumer
8Accordingly, the plea for a reduction in capacity by RGTIL has been rejected by the PNGRB
