Hardy Oil continues to be stuck trying to get the government to pay the arbitration award granted in its favour in the dispute over the Cy-OS/2 block.
8The present status is that the government's second appeal of the CY-OS/2 arbitration award was dismissed.
8The GOI has subsequently escalated their appeal to the Supreme Court of India. Legal process to confirm the Award in the US is under consideration by the Washington, DC judiciary.
