8Project Name: Name: Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP-6)
8Project Cost: Rs 1370 crore
8Project Description: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited has awarded the Letter of Intent last week, for Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP-6) in Western Offshore Basin to Valentine Maritime Limited for a bid price of $163.56 million. L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited had quoted a bid price of $208.15 million, emerged as L-1, followed by Sapura Fabrication Sdn Bhd' quote was $244 million.
Pipelines: Valentine Maritime Limited has already finished the procurement process for the Line Pipes and other Bulk materials, which are expected to be delivered onsite by the next week. The jacket face surveys will start by the October end and the coating materials will be delivered by December 2019 for which procurement is currently going on. The pipelines will hopefully be commissioned by December 2020.
Topside Modification: For the topside modifications part the preliminary survey has already been started and will continue till September end 2019. The procurement part for the long lead items has been finished and equipment will be mobilized onsite next month. In the meanwhile, the fabrication part will start by September 2019, with Installation and Hookup part by December 2019. The topside modifications will be commissioned in 2 Phases stating from Phase-1 Jan 2020 to May 2020 and November 2020 to December 2020.
