It is learned from our sources that the following companies had put in their bids
-- HAL Offshore in consortium with Supreme Hydro: Indian flagged vessels HAL Anant, Seamec Princess, Seamec II, III and Wilchief 1 as also the Nusantara and Andy Warhol.
-- Dulham International: Oceanic Installer
Clearly, since the requirement is for four MSVs, HAL Offshore will walk away with at least three if not all four MSVs
Tender were received last week but processing will take a little while, it is learned.
All four will work for Mumbai High and other areas of operations in the West Coast
