ONGC is looking for three year contacts for
 4 anchor handling 80-tonne bollard pull tug vessels (AHTSVs)
 Two 3000 tonnes PSVs
 Two OSVs
 
 The day rates are expected to be higher than earlier for all three categories, given the demand-supply dynamics of these vessels as of today. In any case the L-1 rate will be applicable to all others.
 
 Vessels which were offered against the  tender were:
 Glory Ship Management's Shubhaprada, as AHTSV
 Greatship offered Greatship Aditi , as AHTSV or OSV; Dhriti , Dhwani and Rachna, Sea Pike and Sea Halibut as PSVs
 Hind Offshore: Under construction ships, Hull ESS120112, Hull ESS110108, DN 66M 10 and 11, all as AHTSV or OSV; Highland Monarch as PSV
 Sadhav Shipping Komulan, as AHTSV
 SCI:  SCI Pawan, SCI Panna (as AHTSV and OSV), SCI Mukta, CI Ahimsa, SCI Urja as AHTSVs; Yamuna as PSV
 Samson Maritime: Ocean Garnet as AHTSV and OSV; Ocean Amber 1 (as OSV and PSV)
 SS Offshore: Sagar Pride, as AHTSV and OSV
 Priyablue Shipping: Priya 23, as AHTSV and OSV; Canara Pride as OSV only
 Great Offshore: MV Kailash as OSV and PSV
 ABS Marine: Mac Griffin as OSV
