Kharsang drilling field development: Dispute is getting resolved but amicable settlement needed

8Project Description: The operator GeoEnpro Petroleum Limited's plan for a 40 development well and 05 exploratory and appraisal wells in Kharsang seems to been stuck amidst the controversy in between 2 participating interest holders.The procurement process is still under process. In the meanwhile, a revised field development plan and production sharing contract have been recommended from management committee's end for approval by Government of India, some clarity on the battle among stakeholders is available but unless the dispute is amicable resolved, it is unlikely that much progress will be made on the development plan
