Gulf Piping slips up on Sagar Samrat delivery schedule

UAE-based Gulf Piping has failed to deliver a converted Sagar Samrat rig to ONGC by February 2019 timeline.
8The rig was meant to have been installed at site by March 2019 at the WO-16 Cluster Field, which was ready for production since 2016. A total of 15 wells have been drilled but they could not be activated as the MOPU was not available.
