Project Name: Greenfield hydroelectric power project

8Project Description: Owner along with an EIA consultant is carrying out additional geotechnical investigations (drilling and drifting) in a 210 MW greenfield hydroelectric project. MoEF recommended EC on March 2018, subject to e-flows being established. Meanwhile, memorandum of changes as per MOWR for amendment of TEC is pending at CEA. Further bids are expected soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for design, supply, erection, and commissioning of the main plant civil works is expected by the Q1 2019.

8Project Cost: 15000 crores
8Project Description: Owner is getting delayed in floating a detailed bid document for three steam boilers and steam turbine generators along with its auxiliaries in a 3000 MW super-critical thermal power project due to queries raised in the pre-bid meeting for on the technical configurations of the main power plant equipment. DPR work is underway. Meanwhile, the public hearing is expected to be conducted in the next 2-3 months. Further bids are expected soon.
8Project Event: An Expression of Interest for the balance of plant package is expected by the Q1 2019.
