Greenfield LPG pipeline: Will crisis-ridden IL&FS be able to deliver?

8Project Description: MECON as a PMC contractor to install an LPG pipeline. IL&FS has got the contract for the first 100 km laying work with a total cost of Rs 130 crores. But given the financial crunch that the company is currently under, will it be able to deliver? Further RFQs from the owner and PMC are expected soon.
8Project Event: RFQ for the next 150 Km mainline pipe is expected by November 2018.
RFQ for the laying work for the next 100 Km is expected by December 2018.
