Ammonium Nitrate Greenfield Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company has accepted the proposal for an environmental clearance for its greenfield Ammonium Nitrate project with a capacity 2550 MTPD at Jagatsinghpur in Odisha. The equipment requirements are Power receiving switchyard and sub-station, DG set, Complete firefighting system, Fire and smoke / gas detectors, Intake pipeline for water, Water treatment plant, Water reservoir, DM Water plant, DM Water tank, Condensate tank, Process water tank, Cooling Tower including pumps, motors / turbine and dosing system, Boilers and stack, Instrument air compressors, receivers and dryer, Effluent treatment plant including Reunite, Storage tanks including pumps and more.
8Project Event: RFQ for the EPC contractor is likely to be released in Q1 2018.

Ammonia-Urea Energy Saving Project
8Cost - Rs 347 Crore
8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning to reduce the energy consumption of Ammonia and Urea units from 8.20 Gcal/MT to 7.70 Gcal/MT and 5.79 Gcal/MT to 5.33 Gcal/MT respectively at Thal. The capacity of the ammonia plant is 3500 MTPD and the urea capacity is 6060 MTPD. There is also as 30 MW of Captive Power Plant in the complex. The equipment requirements are Process Air Compressor (PAC), Gas Turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generation, Pumps, Pipes, among others. The environmental clearance has not been received.
8Project Event: EOI has already been released for an LSTK contractor in November 2017, Bid submission date is extended from 29 November to 11 January 2018.
