Ammonia-Urea Energy Saving Project: Equipment RFQs in January, 2018

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning to reduce the energy consumption of its Ammonia and Urea units from 8.73 Gcal/MT to 8.40 Gcal/MT and 6.75 Gcal/MT to 6.45 Gcal/MT respectively in India. The capacity of the ammonia plant is 1045 MTPD and the urea capacity is 1000 MTPD. The equipment requirements are 2 nos of GTG with a capacity 25 MW (ISO Rating), 2 nos of HRSG with a capacity 65 TPH, Replacement of turbine for the Benfield Solution Pump in Ammonia with new motor, De-aerator (2 nos.) with HP BFW Pump motor set 2 x (1+1), One PRDS system for 12 ata to 4.5 ata in the Ammonia plant, Modification in Power Distribution System.
8Project Event: The selection process for the LSTK contractor is on and it is expected that the selected contractor will release equipment RFQs in January 2018.

Super Phosphate-Sulphuric Acid & Granulated NPK Fertilizer Expansion Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning is awaiting environmental clearance for its expansion of Super Phosphate Unit from 66000 TPA to 200000 TPA, Granulated NPK Fertilizer from 60000 TPA to 200000 TPA, Sulphuric acid from 33000 TPA to 50000 TPA in India. The equipment requirements are Crane, Hopper, Feeder, Conveyor, Valve, Grinding Mill, Tank, Separator, Pump, ID Fan, Collector, Generator Mixer, Den, Scrubber, Screen, Mill, Elevator, Drum, Furnace, Cyclone, Blower, Fan, Belt, Weighing machine, Steam Turbine Generators, Economizers, Reheaters, Boilers, Sulphur Combustor, Drying Towers, Absorbers, Absorber Exchangers, Sulphur filters, Sulphuric Melting Tank, motor, Pumps and more
8Project Event: RFQ for a contractor is likely to be released in November or December in place of October 2017 due to a delay in environmental clearance

Ammonia-Urea Annual Shutdown Maintenance Project

8Project Description: A Fertilizer company is planning an annual shutdown maintenance in July or August 2018 at their existing fertilizer complex in India. The existing capacity is made up of 1520 MTPD of Ammonia, 2610 MTPD of Urea and 51 MW of Captive Power. Pre-Vendor Qualification is necessary for a maintenance contractor.
8Project Event: Tender for a maintenance contractor is likely to be released in January 2018
