Cairn India's gas production from the RGD field in its Rajasthan block has come to a halt
8The company has blamed an ongoing dispute between a gas transporter and buyers over pipeline tariffs and take or pay provisions for the suspension
8As a consequence, gas production from RDG was lower at an average of 21 mmscfd in Q3 FY2017 compared to 33 mmscfd in Q2 FY2017.
8Gas sales also declined quarter-on-quarter to 4 mmscfd from 17 mmscfd.
8Cairn is now trying to intervene in the dispute for an early resolution
