Oil & Gas data for October, 2016-I: Crude output lower
Nov 21: Indigenous crude oil production during October, 2016 was lower by 3.2% (100 TMT) in relation to the same month last year 8On overall basis, indigenous crude oil production was less by 3.3% (713 TMT) in April-October, 2016 8Total crude oil processed by the refineries during October, 2016 was 21,028 TMT against crude oil as against 18,258 TMT in October, 2015 and a target of 20,670 TMT for the month of October,2016. 8Production of petroleum products during October, 2016 saw a growth of 12.7% (2334TMT) while on a cumulative basis for the April-October period output grew by 8% 8Export of POL products increased during October, 2016 by 38.9% (1724 TMT) as compared to October, 2015. 8Further, imports increased by 17.2% (429 TMT) over the corresponding period of 2015. 8LPG, Lubes and Petcoke imports contributed 79.1 % share of the total POL imports during October, 2016.
